Who we are
The GLP-1 Transition Coaching Programme was created to support a stage of weight loss that is often overlooked — the transition after GLP-1 weight loss injections.
Medications such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Wegovy can be effective tools for appetite suppression and weight loss. However, when medication is reduced or stopped, many people are left without a clear plan for maintaining their results. Appetite returns, routines change, and confidence around food and movement can quickly decline. This is where many people begin to struggle — not due to lack of effort, but due to lack of support.
The GLP-1 Transition Coaching Programme exists to bridge that gap.
Our approach focuses on rebuilding the foundations required for long-term maintenance: strength training to preserve muscle, practical nutrition education to support normal eating, and structured habit coaching to restore confidence as appetite returns. Rather than rigid diets or extreme methods, we prioritise sustainability, clarity, and independence.
This is a non-medical service. The GLP-1 Transition Coaching Programme provides exercise coaching and nutrition education only and works alongside existing medical care. We do not offer medication or clinical nutrition advice.
At its core, The GLP-1 Transition Coaching Programme is about helping people move forward with confidence. The goal is not long-term reliance on injections, restriction, or constant supervision — but the ability to maintain results through strength, structure, and informed choices.
